Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PPP Pico Rivera Pool Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
PPP Pico Rivera Pool Services provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Pico Rivera, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspections.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service with us, you agree to provide accurate information about your pool and property. We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled time window.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer automatic payment options for your convenience.
All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection efforts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area for our technicians. This includes unlocked gates, clear pathways, and notification of any hazards on your property. You are responsible for securing pets during our scheduled service time.
We are not responsible for damage to property that results from hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, or issues not caused by our service. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for your protection.
Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. Equipment and parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We do not guarantee specific results such as water clarity timelines for severely neglected pools, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
PPP Pico Rivera Pool Services and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
